12-Week Race Preparation Program

Initial Consultation (12+ Weeks Pre-Race)

Begin with a comprehensive 60-minute session where we'll assess your race goals, evaluate current nutrition habits, develop initial fueling strategies, and set personalized nutrient targets that align with your training plan.

Follow-Up 1: Performance Foundation (7-10 Weeks Pre-Race)

In this 30-minute session, we'll analyze your 3-day food journal, refine your performance nutrition plan, and adjust nutrient and hydration goals based on your training progress.

Follow-Up 2: Hydration Strategy (3-6 Weeks Pre-Race)

This crucial 30-minute session focuses on race-day preparation. We'll conduct custom sweat testing during training and develop your personalized race-day hydration plan with targeted carbohydrate goals.

Follow-Up 3: Race Strategy (2 Weeks Pre-Race)

Your final 30-minute preparation session covers everything you need for race day success. We'll create detailed plans for the evening before, race morning, and during-race nutrition timing.

Post-Race Debrief

After your event, we'll meet to review what worked well, identify challenges, and refine strategies for future races. This valuable session helps optimize your approach for upcoming events.

Program Investment

The complete 12-week program is $450 and includes five strategic sessions, personalized nutrition planning, custom hydration testing, race-day strategy development, post-race analysis, and ongoing support throughout your training journey.
