I’m Alayna

I am a licensed and registered dietitian, 2x All-American Lacrosse player. As a lifelong athlete and expert in nutrition, I know that nutrition plays a major role in performance, recovery, and longevity. My approach is personalized to fit the needs of teams and individuals to help athletes understand how to fuel their bodies properly, and create practical strategies for every day life.
