Initial 1-Hour Nutrition Consultation (12 Weeks Out from Race Day)
+ Begin with a comprehensive 1-Hour Nutrition Consultation to discuss your upcoming race, goals, food/diet history, fueling strategy overview, set benchmark nutrient recommendations, and strategic goal setting.
Follow-Up #1 (7-10 Weeks out from Race Day)
+ In this 20-30 minute follow-up session, we will discuss your 3-day food journal and receive a nutrient analysis, focus on “Performance Nutrition Plan”, adjust nutrient and hydration goals, and set new strategic goals .
Follow-Up #2 (3-6 weeks out from Race day)
+ In this 20-30 minute follow-up session, we will focus on dialing in your hydration for race day. Alayna will assist in completing a sweat test during training in order to know how to hydrate during your event, in addition to dialing in race day nutrition plan with targeted carbohydrate goals.”>Follow-Up #2 (3-6 weeks out from Race day)
Follow-Up #3(<2 Weeks out from Race Day)
+ In our last 20-30 minute follow-up session, it’s all about race day. We will review your race day plan including your night before plan, morning of plan, and racing plan. It’s go time!

+ Debrief session on execution: What went well? What went wrong? What can you adjust for next time? Let’s debrief to learn and continue to improve for your next event!
